Wing Kei is a DPhil candidate in Sociology at Trinity College. Her doctoral research is an ethnographic project about adult content creation on Onlyfans and Patreon in Chinese societies. By comparing the contexts of Hong Kong and Taiwan, her study investigates how the creators understand their work in delivering erotic content in the Chinese cyberspace. She is interested in the fields of sex work, informal work, gender and sexualities. Her study is supported by the Esther Yewpick Lee Millennium Scholarship.
