Born and raised in Hong Kong, Alexander began at Oxford as an undergraduate in History and Politics in 2016. His interest in Chinese history and politics so nurtured, he returned for an MPhil in International Relations in 2019. He began to continue his MPhil project as a DPhil in 2022.
